Installers were very professional, work was performed in a efficient isn't manner and each step was explained and we were given the opportunity to see each step of the install in operation. The product gets a 5 star review because it is top quality, very well made, and beautiful. It has added a wonderful, exquisite look to my bathroom. The sales people were friendly and willing to take their time and answer all our questions. The installation also receives 5 stars because the young man who did the work knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. When he finished, we inspected the shower closely and everything was excellently installed. He was will to answer all our questions. However, his cleanup techniques were lacking. He only had a broom and dust pan. He really needs a small shop vac. The demolition of the the old shower caused lots and lots of dust. Also, there was caulking smeared on my commode and other items. I would give him a 3 out of 5 on cleanup. But he did an excellent job of hauling away all the old materials.
