The urn is beautiful however, it's more like a candle holder with no enclosed place to put the remains. You would have to purchase a separate trinket to put the remains in the bottom of the candle holder or have the remains in a baggie at the bottom (tacky if you ask me). I just purchased a trinket to place in the bottom of the candle holder and put a little tea candle on top. It's very pretty but I wouldn't call it an "urn".

Not what we expected for what we paid. The expense to send it back was too much. We might just keep it, we aren’t sure.

Smaller than I thought it would be, but that's ok. The picture when I ordered had the ball green like a tennis ball and it wasn't, and that was a disappointment, but I can paint it.

The urn we received is simply stunning and we are very happy with the product quality. Unfortunately, it was and still is very hard to get a timely response to an email, voicemail or contact form from Legend Urns. I actually thought they'd taken my money and disappeared and was about to file a fraud claim until I finally got a hold of someone there. Kevin apologized profusely for not responding and eventually shipped our beautiful urn and a receipt after repeated requests. I'm still trying to get a hold of them to buy a keepsake urn too, but have decided it's not worth the headache.

I liked the different styles of urns offered and the company did a great job of keeping me informed of where my Urn was in the process (order received, being shipped etc.) However, there was a small chip in the bottom of the urn. It was packaged very securely so I feel like it probably had a small chip before it left the company.

The quality of the URN does present itself as well as seen on photos. The Dove in the photos appears white, the actual dove on the URN is painted gold. The paint job of the dove was poorly done, where some of the paint is on the sides of the walls of the URN. The entire dove is not even painted. The inscription of the persons name looks like it was just quickly done with a gold sharpie. For the price of the item, I expected a better quality product, especially for the purpose it serves.

This urn is as beautiful as expected however, the seller did not fulfill my one request to place the name of deceased in location I requested. I have used the urn anyway but was disappointed in the lack of care in my one request for this important lifetime memorial. Fay Howell
