Great follow-up and response from customer service when we enquired about our order. Very nice urn but did not match the photo. Ordered urn with 3 butterflies but only a mount for one. We will improvise and make it work. Overall very satisfied with legendURN.

I ordered and received a Bronze Buddha head for my husbands' ashes. I also ordered 3 keepsake ashes glass crystal candle holder for each of my 3 daughters together with a piece of keepsake ashes jewellery for myself - a white gold ball pendant. They are all beautiful and I am just waiting for a sealing disc that was missing from one of the crystal keepsakes and I will then move to the next stage, which is my funeral home taking care of the final step in placement of the ashes.

The urns were beautiful but you failed to include glue which created a huge problem. Now I have to go and find the proper glue that will stick to the urn. This is uacceptable!

Dear miss Harden, Thank you for your review. It's true we don't include separate glue with the urn. We sell it as a standalone item under related products as not all of the urns require (the same) glue and many people already have glue at home. Secondly our customer service is opened during business hours and reachable by e-mail, phone and chat for any question one might have about urns the type of glue to use or any other related subject. Urn is absolutly beautiful but it is very small. The website stated that it could hold up to about 40lbs of ashes but my loved ones ashed are 30 lbs and i doubt if i will be able to fit everything inside. Luckily, the family plans to split the ashes so it worked out.

My 18 year old son died in a car accident. An urn for him was not something I ever planned to purchase and the "conventional" urns were just so symbolic of death. I knew I didn't want anything common. I was skeptical to order out of the country, but when I saw the Phoenix urn I knew it was the perfect one. It is beyond my expectations and more beautiful in person than online! I had no problems with ordering, but I guess since it came from so far away the tracking did not really work. The package showed up the day after it was estimated so I am happy it arrived safe and sound! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing alternative for such a horrible time in our lives. My son's place in our home is beautiful and complete.
