Received my glasses and the prescription was completely wrong. Immediately reached out to support and spoke with Adelita, who was able to quickly get me a return ship label to get the correct prescription for my glasses. Wish I could give 5 stars, but definitely getting 4 for the great service as well as how easy the process has been so far.

I had a pair of Oakley frames that I still really like and that I paid a lot for so I didn’t want to get rid of them. My local shops wanted about double the price for just basic lenses to be made for my existing frames. I found LensDirect and yes I was a little worried how things would come out and about shipping my $300 plus frames out. I received them back in a little over two weeks with no damage to the frames or lenses, but the lenses were off and my eyes couldn't focus properly. I sent it to them and had to wait another few weeks. When I got them back they were even worse. The sides of the lenses were completely blurry and would give me a bad headache/eyestrain pretty quickly. If I turned my head or tried to look on the sides of the glasses, they were completely blurry. I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years and I have never had this problem. I was able to talk to them on the phone and I have sent them out for the third time (shipping payment on me, again). The third time was the charm. I did have some bad luck, but we/they were able to get things sorted. Note (Update) I did have to send them back a fourth time because within less than a month I had some scratches already. Upon investigation, we did figure out the issues. 1. They had my PD wrong, which explains the lack of focus. 2. The coating that I paid for wasn’t applied. After sending it back for the fourth time, I finally have some good lenses. I was also fortunate enough to have my shipment put on “high priority” and I had them back within a week. I also have sent my Ray-bans to them as I feel as though I just had back luck with my first pair, and we were able to find /fix the issue.

I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing it must have been especially after trusting us with frames you love and invested a lot in. Waiting, paying to ship them back, and then still not having clear vision is incredibly upsetting. After 30 years of wearing glasses, you know what’s normal, and you deserved to be heard not blamed. They were very prompt on customer service the only reason it's not a 5 star is because it takes 12to14 business days for them complete glasses b4 sending them out
