I purchased my life ionizer 5 -6 years ago. happy with the machine, but the replacement filters are overpriced and it takes forever to get them. Customer service not helpful at all. At the time of order of the filters the website said IN STOOCK. I chatted with the representative twice (two and three weeks after my order) just to realize that it take 4 - 6 week to ship it.

I had my Life Ionizer for about 15 years. The machine was great, but through the entire period the customer service was a challenge. High shipping costs, over a month to receive replacement filters. The website has never worked for ordering or communicating. My last transaction was a refund due and promised to me in February. By April I was so fed up not getting any answers and funds still being withheld, I posted a poor review on social media as a lst resort. Got attention within minutes. Guess they care more about social media readers than actual customers.

I was expected more benefit of using water from the life ionizer.

I was very disappointed with my buying experience. The sales rep called me constantly and emailed me almost every three days for a year. While I expressed interest I felt it was excessive. I decided to get one for my wife for xmas. The actual process of buying the machine should take 30 minutes minimum to do correctly. It should not be done without pictures and complete disclosures before making a purchase of that size. When it came I was very excited and sat down to install it. One hour later I realized that this is counter top model and didnt have the equipment for an under the counter installation. It came with lots of books on living an alkalized lifestyle, but virtually no information on installing the $2000 unit they just sold me. No youtube video to explain how to do the under counter installation. If you watch the youtube video for the counter top you will see that it is looks like a science experiment and something I would never install in my house. I think calling it a counter top unit implies that it looks reasonable to put on a counter top. The two white towers that go behind the unit are HUGE and ugly and there are hoses going everywhere. The directions dont include critical details that make for a smooth installation. The hoses leek like crazy unless you have them just right. It takes up all the room under the sink and again looks like a science experiment when you open the door. Very disappointed and burned out on working on it.
