All parties involved communicated well and in a timely manner. In a business that demands a large payment as a deposit, from many clients that may be first time users, Tyler (job manager) responded quickly and thoroughly with each of my inquiries. This built trust while waiting for the product to be manufactured. The installers Doug and Isaiah were timely in arrival and time efficient in my home. My requests for a minor adjustment at the end of the install were readily received and performed. The product appears very well made, sturdy and smooth to operate. Lifeway’s one year parts and warranty are also reassuring!
