I paid for ling 'Lifetime access'. The money was taken immediately through google play. Confirmed on the bank statement and google play account. I however have no new app or subscription and they prompt me to buy the pro or lifetime again. All of the additional lessons are locked and i got nothing. I have been asking them through contact us, email and through google play itself for the last two days. I have tried all suggestions for new apps..no reply from them or google play. Nothing..you just took my money!.

I signed up believing there would be a free trial, but was charged for a subscription that I did not intend to purchase. I contacted support immediately to request a cancellation and refund. Support directed me to a billing portal that I was unable to access. After informing them of this issue and asking for further assistance, my support ticket was automatically closed before the problem was resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, but closing a ticket while a customer is still trying to resolve a billing issue is frustrating. I am still waiting for a clear resolution regarding my subscription and refund request. I hope the company improves its billing support process and communication with customers.

Die App wird nicht runtergeladen aus dem Google Play Store. Es heißt: "Warten auf WLAN." Da kann es ewig warten, den WLAN ist eingeschaltet und funktioniert problemlos. Gut möglich, das Google hier seine schmutzigen Finger im Spiel hat. Ich habe jetzt die Schnauze voll von diesen armseligen, nutzlosen und dysfunktionalen Sprachlern-Apps. Fazit. Unbrauchbar.
