Fast customer service
I dealt with Lily, I had a problem with a refund being processed into my PayPal, I emailed customer service, and she got back to me within the day, her support was very helpful and got my problem sorted out quickly. Thank you

This is what costumer support should be everywhere.
I couldn't access my ticket so I contacted costumer support. Lily answered my email within 24 hrs and helped me right away, she was not only helpful but kind and polite.
