Felt relaxed and so thankful that he was able to offer online seminars!!

I had heard about Mark through friends who had attended his seminar to quit smoking with success. I had been smoking well over 30 years but had quit for 7 years only to start back heavier. I attended Mark’s zoom seminar last night, I am proud to say IT WORKS. Usually I have a couple cigarettes before I go to bed, I was so exhausted I fell into bed... Thanks so much Mark to a healthier me, a healthier Mother and Mimi....

I attended the online smoking seminar last night. I woke up this morning and haven't really even thought about having a cigarette. I feel like my body is reprogrammed to make me feel like it's not an option.

Great experience! I took the seminar online a week ago yesterday and have lost 4 lbs already — and as a bonus, I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since - which I was not doing before.

It is really helping me achieve my goals

I was a little bit skeptical about hypnosis but Mark was awesome! I will definitely recommend this to anyone who may want to stop smoking and I will be doing his hypnosis for weight loss too.

It was a great experience it worked the first two days really well but he had said to listen to it for the first 21-28 days and I can’t find the link is my only issue but all and all a great experience
