I heard about Mark's through their radio ads on sports talk radio stations. Unexpectedly, our washer started leaking, so we visited Mark's. Brent was a tremendous salesman. Explained various washers and their options as well as warranties. Best part of the experience - he listened to our needs and wants. We will go back for more purchases.
