Good information but could be shortened. Perhaps excluding history and some of the bureaucracy processes that take place

There are usually lots of questions in the Q&A field that are helpful and relevant. It's really hard to keep up with reading those questions and answers while at the same time paying attention to the webinar. But, I don't think the transcript of the Q&A is provided when the video of the webinar is sent. It would be helpful to have that too.

Overal', the presentation was good. However, it seemed like a big portion was devoted to discussing divorced parent scenarios.
Anne
Great presentation that hit all the right items that needed to be known about the CSS profile.
Zoe
The presentation was well organized, clear, and concise. Questions were answered quickly.

Very informative with webinars. Trustworthy. Only thing I didn’t like was I have excellent credit and I have no idea why i didn’t get the lower interest rate and couldn’t speak to anyone about that.
Victoria
Very informative for those working on undergraduate campuses.
