Have not receive the product yet, its been 3weeks already

Never received my order . Asked for a refund and my money back and got a reply that their is a surplus of orders and it takes up to a week when it’s been about 3 weeks now and no response from anyone anymore

They cancelled my order 6 days after placekng my order and taking my money and never advised on why the order was cancelled and did not issue a refund.

Placed the order and have yet to receive anything at all. No order, no shipping information nothing at all.

I haven't received my items or any shipping details.

Didn’t know until purchased it was for a 12 month subscription

I never received the product! You better not charge me.

I never received my order......Please send it.....
