My experience with ordering and using my miomat soy milk maker has been all good. The product is well made with attention to detail. The soy milk is very good. The product was shipped quickly and well packaged. When I reached out with a question the response was quick and helpful. I like presoaking 1.5 miomat cups of dry soybeans for a texture I enjoy. Overall, highly recommended.

Several months later, and I am still very pleased with the Miomat! It’s fun and easy to use, cleanup is straightforward, I have had repeated success with the soy milk and soups I've made. I really appreciate the high quality materials and the cookbook with so many recipes. An awesome addition to my kitchen.

Great product and excellent service! I LOVE this nut milk maker! I have tried making almond milk and soy milk with it. It comes out very smooth and creamy. For friends who enjoy healthy eating and want to make plant-based milk at home, this machine is a worry-free choice! I love the recipe book that's included which gives me a lot of fun ideas of making nut milk. Also recently I had an issue with the motor after using it for about a year and the customer service team took care of it with great care and professionalism. Especially Erik who went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and never lost a smile 😊 This level of service and aftercare is truly hard to find elsewhere. Definitely worth recommending!
