The process in researching for a home care medical alert company for a family member is daunting…I persevered. Through my research, many calls and in between my work schedule, my due diligence efforts chose Mobile Help. The safety consultant whom I worked with is Mr. Elan. Mr. Elan was forthright and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. We are looking forward in receiving our medical alert system that covers ALL bases in TWO days (at no extra cost, and we live in Hawaii!) to give the “piece of mind” that our family needs.
