My sales agent was very knowledgeable
My sales agent Marcia was very knowledgeable, courteous and helped me through the process of signing up my mother in law for medical alert pendant and base station along with the slip and fall feature. I did my homework on different companies and this company sold me. Let's hope it works out.

Aaron Cohen was a model employee
Aaron Cohen was the rep who called me, and he was pleasant, patient, informative, well spoken, and enjoyable to talk to! No high pressure or condescension. I appreciated the personal experiences he shared with me, as they reminded me that my own mother had a medical alert device in the past.
