I didn't fully understand the fall…
I didn't fully understand the fall alert. Thought it was all in one unit. Would never have ordered it. Seems complicated to set up, maybe just me. It talks about a base unit but I never received it, probably because I 'm on the go. Agents have been very nice.

Very helpful staff
