Best customer service I have experienced. Ferris and Monique walked me through everything and made me feel at ease with the process. I could tell that the company embraces the idea of "family". Would highly recommend.

Matthew Perry helped me with most of it. He was so patient and helpful. He even called back but we couldn't connect again. I don't remember the name of the next person to help, she was also great went through each page to make sure I had it correct. I am older and not to good or fast with the lap top and they both were so good to help me get the pages filled out etc. I am waiting for the text with all our signatures and then it will be complete. Thank You
