All is good except the length of the lanyards. Both are too short.

Customer Service has been helpful, but before deciding on product, would have liked better information regarding charging the necklace every night & not as water resistant as indicated. Also was told more than 4 contacts could be entered in profile. That is incorrect. Also all information regarding contacts etc, not entered by sales person. Needed to reenter everything.

The call representatives are working with sick or older people. The on-call Mobile Help people do not speak slowly and do not explain the technical information in order and with simple explanations. When I ask to repeat the instructions then more is added by the on-call person that should have been said the 1st time.
