Matthew Perry answered my call to 800# He was so kind/comforting getting all my information. I was so nervous / upset due to my situation of living alone. I did not have the medical alert coverage I needed. He was so patient &` took time to explain everything to me. Even medical advice about alert necklace since i had a Pace Maker. ( I have ADT service now & had Life Alert about 2 yrs prior) neither explained things like he did especially about my pacemaker. With Life Alert I had necklace I talked into!! I am 80 yrs young/still handle all of my affairs. THANK GOD someone with MATTHEW PERRY'S integrity answered my call. Sometimes elderly people don't get the respect we deserve🤗

My husband is confined to bed/recliner with Parkinson's. We try not to leave him alone, but sometimes he panics, if we are just in the next room, and he activates his call button. Your personnel are always very prompt to respond and do not give us a hard time about a false alarm. That means a lot. Thank you.
