I asked for help and I got it
I asked for help and I got it! I couldn't login to the app and someone waited patiently on the phone while I verified my account and filled in the necessary information to access the app.

Very easy to sign up.
The only experience I have had so far is the lady I talked with in signing up for the service and she deserves five stars for I am a redneck and that requires lots of patience.
