New user experience
I was able to get a system that will work for my husband. He needed a fall detection device. Bill was very helpful in providing information and service.

Incredibly prompt responses to both accidental notices & real emergencies. They respond in three ways to be certain you are truly ok. My family loves it & feels confident that I am being watched over.

One of the best companies I researched.
I researched medical alert companies & Mobile Help kept appearing in all reviews of the companies as one of, or the best reviewed. The cost was also competitive, & sales representative was very informative.
