Your prompt response to my request was excellent and even though my verbal acknowledgement was not clear due to the fall, you took appropriate actions by notifying the emergency personnel which arrived in 5 minutes..THANK YOU SO MUCH

Promptness in alerting family when there is an emergency!

This has helped my mom - bit of confusion back in July - but we got her the help (I got the call - think my sister was really sound asleep- and I had to call the police to go up- I have a broken ankle that I couldn’t get out and to her house). It has worked well for us - she was pretty independent up until July - it gave us all a bit of piece of mind - we will have to figure out if she still needs it - other medical issues may need us to bring in 24 hr a day care at this point
