Summer helped answer all our questions and was never pushy at all. I really appreciate that because I price/equipment shopped and so many companies are very pushy.

Albert was kind and courteous, and very patient. He answered all our questions and some before we asked them. It was very easy to get all the information we needed to make an informative decision about what we wanted. I was also surprised that the price was so reasonable for the services and equipment provided. We haven't tried the equipment yet but feel confident after all the discussion we had with Albert.
