No need is best
So far we have only had a couple false alarms but your system handled them promptly and professionally. We can only hope that we continue on this path.

I have had a need for fall detection…
I have had a need for fall detection for awhile now, and especially since I'm now widowed/alone. MobileHelp was prompt to respond, courteous and listened to my needs and limitations.

I do get a response immediately if I have a jerky movement, similar to a fall. The only problem is that it takes a little longer to speak to someone.
