Ordering the MobileHelp devise was easy and the agent pleasant.

Customer service was outstanding

I called for information because my elderly mom had a fall. Hopefully it was a one time thing, but it scared us. I spoke with a sales representative who was very nice. After I made it clear that I wanted mom in on this. He asked permission to call us the next day, which I appreciated. He called when he said he would, and we purchased the service.

Easy to set up. Clear instructions. Reasonable price.

David was patient with this octogenarian, explaining everything in detail, and providing a follow-up phone number directly to him. Couldn't have asked for better.
