Terrible processing and customer service. I placed an order of an instock product 13 days ago and it still hasn't arrived exceeding even their longest estimate. When I reached out to customer service the replied with an email restating the obvious and set new delivery expectations which are no exceeded. I quote, "UPS Ground is estimated at approximately 4–8 business days in transit" It is now in transit for 12 days and still has not arrived. These were for kids at a club at school and school is over today. Poor all around. All they are is middle men and they failed at that.

Monarch Mint is a the worst online retailer I have ever bought from. I signed up for their bi-weekly subscription for 1/100oz gold coin, it's been 2 weeks now, they charged my debit card but never shipped my coin. Now they sent another email reminder for payment for the next. You can't get a hold of customer service, I contacted them multiple time and got no reply. This company is the worst.

Monarch precious metals claims 999 on its silver when reality they double down with 999 on the flat edges bottoms of their and their final poor is done with 90% silver I thought I would try them out I bought one ounce monarch bar and it tests 90% silver on the stamp with a mix of 999 on the flat surface on the bottom, irregardless of the fact I got off eBay it's still a monarch precious metals product

I like Monarch Precious Metals for their poured bars. Good quality at a fair price.
