Did not receive order but MUDDY Matt charged my card.

Still waiting on my mat that I paid $100 for over 3 weeks ago. I have emailed the company and called the company multiple times and only to be put on hold and disconnected. Never talked to a real person or received an email back from the company. Starting to believe I have been scammed. Never received a tracking number for package or anything very very unhappy with the experience and lack of service I have received.

I will never purchase an item from this company again. Very deceptive business practices and charged for items that were supposed to be free as a bonus gift. As I started to check out my order they offered a free gift if I did their survey. I completed the survey and it said I would be given pet washing gloves as a free gift for doing so. It then also offered me a discount on an additional rug which I decided to buy. I hit the next button to proceed with the checkout process however there was no review screen or anything to verify the pricing or the order is simply popped up and said my order had been processed. When I reviewed my receipt I was charged for the item that was supposed to be a free gift and overcharged for the discounted item. I immediately contacted customer service and told them of the issue and at that point I would just like to cancel the order in full as I was not happy about their business practices. They offered me a discount if I wish to keep the order. I explained to them I wasn't happy with their business practices and no I was very adamant that I wanted the order canceled in full. They proceeded to come back two additional times offering bigger discounts asking me again to keep the order in place after I was already very clear that I had no intentions of doing business with them. After three different times of telling them very directly I wanted the order canceled in full they finally agreed to have it canceled and credit my credit card. However a month later I'm still sitting here with no credit on my credit card. I wonder how many more emails I'm going to have to send in order to get my credit from them. Received an email telling me to be patient, i have given them a month of patience. Still no refund...

Customer service is non existent. Called and emailed them several times regarding my mat not being shipped, the only response was a bot that kept giving me the same response. The tracking finally says it's delivered but it never showed up.

I placed an order on Dec 8, 2025. They sent me an email with an order number, and charged my credit card, plus shipping. After nine days, I still don't have a tracking number. I have emailed the company, and got no response. I have tried calling multiple times. I let it ring 30-40 times each time, but nobody has answered for customer service. I am not happy. I now want to cancel my order, and get refunded. Very disappointed.

Consider going to Walmart and buying rugs very much like these from the assorted bathroom rugs. Ordered Muddy Mats on Dec 3 and heard nothing until a week ago, stating they were on the way. Just received them today. However, I consider the promotional to be a scan since the offer was to buy 2 and get a 3rd rug free. Surprise...I received only 2 rugs today, so I guess the big lure of getting something for free is nothing but a SCAM!!! Extremely disappointed with the way this company does business. They can't answer your phone calls or get your products to you in a timely manner, but you will definitely be bombarded with endless emails on a daily basis. Perhaps they should put more effort into keeping the customers they currently have instead of trying so desperately to get new customers they will just disappoint!

I ordered a mat on 12/2. Their website says they ship within 2 days, 14 days later and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them no response (twice). I called twice and I was told the same thing, they are escalating the order and they have been very busy. Both times they told me it would ship and I would be notified within 48 hours. That never happened. Today I called. It took 3 phone calls to get through (No one answered the first two times). I gave up and asked for a fund. This was a very disappointing experience.
