I ordered the dog bed they got my money but I have not even received a tracking number it’s been a week

The free add ons were not free and the discounts weren’t applied as they showed. One click and no review of cart, just charged and no way back.

Ordering online began smoothly, I ordered 2 mats to get 1 free for $42 incl tax. All good. Then the offers start popping up, “your order is not complete“ so you have the hassle of saying no to all the upsales they’re offering. One of the offers was for corners to keep the mats down on the ground, which I’d thought weren’t necessary with these mats, but figured I’d better get them so we wouldn’t be slipping and sliding all over the place. Initially the offer for corner sets was crazy high and I declined. But then they offered the sets for $.99 each for a set of four. I said OK to that deal mentally adding $3 to my $42 invoice. Then a few more offers that I declined - thoroughly annoyed by now - until a FREE GIFT was offered, a glove for washing your pet, which I accepted. The FREE GIFT turned out to be NOT FREE which wasn’t apparent until the final invoice showed free gift was $10, corners were $.99 EACH times 12 plus tax with no opportunity to decline this before finalizing. So the $42 invoice became $72, confirmed, done, no chance to remove or change anything. This to me is sneaky, underhanded theft. Certainly a scam of which they should be ashamed. I have no idea how the product is but seeing as how you need corners to keep the mat down (not obvious in ads) they’re probably pretty flimsy and you don’t want them on your hardwood or tile floors anyhow! I gave them a second star only because the customer service rep I managed to contact by phone was finally convinced to give me a full refund, canceling the order before shipping. So beware of greatly inflated add-on prices and mats that won’t stay down without extra accessories. Better still, get comparable mats at Costco or some other retailer where you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for exactly what product. My recommendation, stay away from Muddy Mat.

I'm rating this a 2 because of delivery. I have ordered from this company twice and both times I have had delivery isssues They're very quick to charge your credit card though. I placed my 2nd order on 2/19/2026. Today is 3/6/2026. Still no mats. According to tracking they were shipped using Amazon. The tracking update says they are sorry but my items are running late and that I should contact Muddymat with concerns. I will be initiating a charge back through my card issuer. I will not be ordering from this company a 3rd time.

I was very hopeful about your product being good for me! I have two small dogs and a back yard that is muddy a lot of the time! My hardwood floor around your mat is always covered with footprints! Very disappointed and would not recommend this product!

I'm a bit surprised with all the positive reviews. My muddy mats arrived very quickly. However don't use them where the door opens onto the mat as they don't fit under the doors so it's already become aggravation Everytime I need to open the door. I've also still got muddy footprints from my cat. It's rescued the amount, but still very much present footprints, and as it's a cat I would have expected this to not happen. I wouldn't buy again and will probably end up not using them.

I ordered a large muddy mat jan 20th for $37. 50. Then they also made two more charges of $6.99 each. I have no idea why i was charged this extra amount

It doesn't stop mud, my floors have puppy paws everywhere. I even put two next to each other. It does absorb water well. I don't think they are worth the money. Would not buy again
