I ordered 3 rugs on February 25, 2025 and still haven’t received them! I cannot even get a response! I will be notifying my credit card of fraud for this company

My experience was bad. I got not invoice, tracking information and was greatly disappointed and surprised by the costs compared to the impression given by ads. These are pretty average mats at a remarkably high prices. Won’t purchase again!

The mat is ok But the price advertised on television is a scam! Customer service is terrible! Check better business Bureau reports before you buy this map. It may work for some people, but it is not as it is advertised!

Terrible customer service. My order got picked up at Muddy Mat but never got tracked at USPS. After 2 weeks, contacted Muddy Mat. They said they would send it to escalation team. This happened 3 times that i contacted Muddy Mat & never heard back from Muddy Mat. Terrible customer service.

I bought 2 mats expecting to get a third one free. I did not receive my free mat. I emailed the company. After no reply to my email, i emailed again a month later. After another month has passed, i still have received no mat or a reply to my email. Be cautious when buying anything from this company.

Problem #1, it took forever to get them and they did not provide a tracking number until the day they were to arrive and they delivered to wrong address. I had to pester them for days to finally get information on tracking number. They do not look like they will hold up to many washings. This was such a bad experience, I am going to contact Newsmax where I saw the ad and suggest they take it off the air.

I've had the rugs. I discarded them because they didn't work like the commercial said they would. I bought the dog bed. Again, not as advertised. I had to go to Walmart and bought 2 bags of stuffing. As soon as she laid on it, I could feel the hard floor where she'd been laying. So beware, their advertising isn't what I'd define as legit

Do not buy from this company. It’s a scam. I never received my mat. I have the tracking information saying it was sent back to the company, now no one will get back to me about my refund I’m entitled to because I never received it! Are they just going to steal my money?
