Ordered on 12/23/2023 and as of today, 1/17/2024, I've yet to received my order. I received a tracking number a couple days after ordering, but the shipper never received the item. Tried calling their contact number, but was put on an unending hold. This is a scam. Now I'll have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY, like on the FB or Insta ads! I can’t speak to the quality of the mats, because I ordered over a month ago, and had the tracking number get cancelled because the shipper never received the product, wrote to complain and ask what next, they sent a reply saying it will ship in 5 days here’s your new tracking number, but it was the SAME, cancelled by Amazon shipping because product never received. All I’ve gotten is a bot replying for 8 days in a row, offering a discount and a gift certificate and another discount. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY. Maybe people buying on Amazon have better luck.

I ordered the largest mat on December 17 and was pleased to see the estimated arrival date was Christmas Eve. That day came and went with no update at all on the tracking number until finally December 30th the tracking showed Stop and Return request received. I emailed to ask about that and was given a new tracking number which was also subsequently canceled because the shipper never received the package. I emailed again and was once again given a new tracking number with a label being created yesterday. It’s feeling like a scam.

Charged more than had been advertised, couldn't cancel order, lost money sending back, felt like I'd been scammed

Ordered mat on Dec. 11, changed delivery date 3x, last to get Jan. 6-10. Never got. They said it was delivered to my home with pic of brick home (which I don't have) Nov. 24. How? Ordered after this date! They said to just check with P.O. and wouldn't refund.

I waited a month and though I was charged, no product arrived. Tried to contact by phone, and I was kept on hold so long I gave up. An email got a response and a refund. I don’t understand. An ad this week indicated I could get mats next week! I didn’t want a refund. I wanted mats!!

Product ordered months ago. Never received. Lots of poor excuses given by email. Use of English strongly suggests this company is based overseas. I believe this is a scam and there was never any intention to supply a mat. Avoid.

Don't waste your time!!! I ordered 4 Nats, in stock, on December 24th. It is now January 7th and still didn't get an email back with a tracking number. My order was almost a hundred dollars, which MuddyMat already has in their pockets. I contacted customer service twice since. Both times I was told my order is in stock. So, my question was..where's my order?? There is no excuse for this lousy progress. So do yourself a favor...order through Amazon. Not MuddyMat. I'll never order anything through MuddyMat ever again. And I will spread this awful display of business to anyone I come in contact with. Look at their business ratings!!! A third of their business experiences is a 1 star. Many, including mine, would be a minus if it would be accepted. What a SCAM!!!!!
