We offer the chance to sign up to our 247Vetline subscription at various points throughout your checkout process including on the product page, in the cart and post-purchase. If you opted to one-click purchase the product or didn’t remove it from your basket then you will have signed up to the subscription service which is a monthly recurring fee. We can help you cancel this no problem!

I’m sorry you feel the subscription was unclear, however, I would like to clarify that the complimentary 30-day subscription is not mandatory and you are absolutely able to opt out. There are multiple opportunities during the checkout process to remove the complimentary subscription before completing your purchase - you can also opt out during the free trial before the renewal fee. The information also clearly explains that the trial will continue as a monthly subscription unless cancelled. We appreciate that you may not have intended to continue with the subscription, but the option to decline it was available at the time of purchase and you also had the opportunity to cancel this during the trial period.
