If I could give no stars or even Negative 5 stars I would.. this is a complete joke.. 0 customer service.. 0 communication... it's awful.. they take your money and then you're beat.. don't waste your time here.. go somewhere else and actually get when you paid for cause they use a garbage shipping partner called piggyship which believe it or not is even worse with communication!! Do yourself a favor and don't give them your money.

i ordered and paid for the expidited shipping, still dont have my order and the tracking system does not work. i wouldnt trust them with a penny at this point.

Good luck waiting for your order. I ordered a few weeks ago and still waiting on my order. That's because I paid extra to speed up the shipping speed. Their tracking system is the worse I have ever seen. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a similar product. Now lets see if it gets here before Xmas. Horrible customer service as well.

Received my order and half of the picture frame was missing .This was supposed to be a main gift for my fiance and 6 days before Christmas there is no way i can give it to her.Not to mention the frame is very poor quality. I would stay away from this company.

Been trying to reach Customer Service for the last 4 to 5 hours all I could do is send an email waiting for email back. At this point I just want to cancel everything and receive my money back. This process hasn’t been the greatest.

DO NOT order from this site. It's an international vendor and you will likely not receive your order. They do not assist with any follow-up request on your order and will only offer 20% refund when you request one for your non-delivered order. They have the worst customer service and their business practice is a scam.

Like others, I wish I could give zero or negative stars. My order showed it was in the shipping process and it just stopped in Tennessee, awaiting a shipping partner. I contacted them and they said they would check and get back with me but never did. I’ve asked for a refund several times and different ways with no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered placque for wife’s birthday. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Arrived 4 days AFTER her birthday. Does not even work. Cheaply made product, emailed back and forth several times. Refuse to refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ZERO STARS!!
