A contract was signed to provide editing, publishing and a functional web site. After signing the contract, there were many delays, attempted upsales and they could not spell my first name correctly. They positioned me to purchase 3 thousand books and they would pay me 72K over 3 months. I said no at least 25 times. They kep pitchingl We finally got the book published and the website created. The contract stated a "buy now" link would allow purchasers to link from the website to Aamazon to purchase the book. They refused to put make the link functional at the web site and asked for another $399 to make the link functional. I emailed them the contract highlighting the wording. They never made the link functional. Buyer beware. Keep shopping.

1 Star SCAM ALERT
⭐1 Star – My Experience with Native Book Publishing
Based on my personal experience, I strongly caution authors against signing a contract with Native Book Publishing without thoroughly researching the company and understanding exactly what you are agreeing to.
I entered into an agreement with the expectation that the company would honor the terms outlined in the contract and subsequent communications. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I encountered repeated delays, inconsistent communication, and promises that were not fulfilled. Most concerning, I was given multiple assurances regarding a refund and specific resolution dates that ultimately came and went without action.
As an author, I understand that publishing timelines can change and that occasional misunderstandings occur. However, when a company repeatedly provides deadlines, fails to meet them, and does not follow through on its contractual obligations, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and accountability.
I have maintained copies of contracts, emails, and correspondence documenting my attempts to resolve the matter in good faith. I provided multiple opportunities for the company to make things right before considering legal action. Unfortunately, after exhausting those efforts, I felt I had no choice but to pursue other avenues to seek resolution.
My advice to other authors is simple:
* Read every contract carefully before signing.
* Get all promises and representations in writing.
* Research independent reviews and complaints.
* Ask detailed questions about refund policies and timelines.
* Do not rely solely on verbal assurances.
* Trust your instincts if communication becomes inconsistent or evasive.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Native Book Publishing. I encourage prospective authors to do extensive due diligence before entering into any agreement. Publishing your work is a significant investment of both your finances and your dreams. Make sure the company you choose demonstrates transparency, integrity, and a willingness to honor its commitments.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding my interactions with Native Book Publishing.

Disappointing Experience with Native…
Disappointing Experience with Native Book Publishing*
I'm extremely frustrated with the services provided by Native Book Publishing. After signing a contract nearly two years ago, I've been met with subpar editing, despite their promises. To my dismay, I ended up doing most of the editing myself. The little editing they did seemed to be AI-generated, lacking the human touch.
What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency and professionalism when it comes to communication. Despite agreeing to a refund of $2300 due to their failure to deliver, I've been met with endless excuses and delays. It's been months since we reached an agreement, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
The constant requests for more payments and revisions without any tangible results have been exhausting. I would not recommend Native Book Publishing to any author looking for a reliable and supportive publishing partner. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't consider working with them again.
*Update:* If you're considering working with Native Book Publishing, be aware of potential issues with communication, editing quality, and payment processing. Do your research and ask tough questions before signing a contract.
