The NatureBody Connection is a science-based wellness program that helps you regain a sense of deep peace and connection in this big world. Through visualization, guided imagery, somatic meditations, mindfulness and guided massage tutorials, there is something magical and useful for everyone. A beautiful boxed 8-book series accompanies the program. The NatureBody Connection is accessible and useful to people of every physical ability. Whether you are training for an ultramarathon, or dealing with physical limitations, the concepts in this program help you ground yourself and reach your goals. True connection is simultaneously found outside us in the big world and deep within us. It is by being in nature that we truly connect to our inner selves. And by going within, we find that we burst forth energetically into nature. Nature is of you and for you and from you. Coming back to relaxation during your busy life, is an important skill for your health. Every time you relax, your body naturally enters a healing state. You build back stronger, more resilient, and more confident. We can change stress into a positive force in our lives. Nature shows us the way.

I ordered a book online and when I met with one of the authors, they handed my copy to me personally. I will definitely order again, hoping to collect all the books in the series. As a massage therapist in WA with a background in clinical injury treatment, I found inspiration and a deep sense of the inner workings of our body connection to the earth, evident in these books.
