Dear Gabe, we are very sorry for the challenges you've encountered while using our system. We want to emphasize that Nembol is not compatible with Amazon Handmade.
Over the past years, we've taken extensive measures to communicate this across our documentation, in short as well as in long sentences, in overlays, in blog articles, in tutorials. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to enhance our communication efforts.
In fact, Handmade operates under the Amazon umbrella, but it was born as a different platform and has its own goals and requirements. As you pointed out, Handmade does not require barcodes, which are the main key used by Nembol and by most other e-commerce platforms (including the main Amazon) to identify products and enable both inventory sync, and parent-child variations relationship. The latter are hard to manage and should be approached with attention. Amazon has many entries in their seller blogs to try solving the most disparate issues sellers have with variations, within Amazon itself.
Going back to Nembol, let us point out that all users have 14 days of totally free and fully functional trial. We invite to take advantage of the free trial to test Nembol with a few listings within one's real business environment.
Also, during the trial, Nembol users can interact for free with our expert Customer Support, which can clarify most doubts. We reply during Central European business hours (Mon-Fri), in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Ukrainian).
We wish you the best of luck with your business, and we remain ready to provide any further support in the future.
