Customer service support is awesome ! The 3 stars s not having an online portal which is kinda sketchy for me since I can not see the interest or see my balance. Weird....

Once approved, you have to wait a very long time to have the funds deposited into your account.

That you dont get to see your repayment…
That you dont get to see your repayment schedule until after you sign the papers for the loan. 122.59 every 2 wks for a year on a 400.00 dollar loan... NOBODY WOULD AGREE T0 THAT EVER!!¡!

Not so good online portal
It is impossible to get any account information about your loan, i.e. payment amounts, payment dates, balance due. They get the 3 stars because they were easy to work with and I was funded same day!
