Nom NomReviews of nomnomnow.com

My cats love this food, most of the time. Sometimes they go off of it for no reason. However, it is dry and what comes out the other end is dry. I’ve tried adding a little water or broth but then they won’t touch it. Please advise.

My sweet Lucy is on the chicken chow. It was vet recommended after determining all of her food sensitivities. It is good to know all of the ingredients she is eating. She is doing much better. My only wish is that the chicken was cut into smaller pieces. She has choked several times. Thank you

My dogs love this food and when you read the NomNom guarantee that your dogs will be excited when it is dinner time is the truth. The customer service is fantastic. They are very helpful when you contact them. I realized after a shipment that one of my dog's was throwing up after eating the chicken dinner and they shipped out a different flavor to replace the food my dog wouldn't eat at no cost. The reason for this review is not to say how great their product is because if you use it, you already know how great it is. However, NomNom has ONE HUGE PROBLEM. Their quality control in proportioning food is TERRIBLE. The weights of their preportioned food is erratic. I have two dogs, one should get 150 grams, the other should get 50 grams. Each preportioned meal is underweight more often than not. NomNom has a 5-10 gram variance policy, but I have had many packages way outside that tolerance. I have had meals that were half of what they were supposed to be and in their defense, I have received meals that were more than double what I'm supposed to get. Not to mention that 5 grams of a 50 gram package is 10% of my dog's meal. Unfortunately, the underweight meals are more prevalent than the overweight meals. This is a such a problem for me that I started weighing each meal on a food scale and tracking the data in a spreadsheet. I also have spent hours talking to managers regarding this matter. As I mentioned previously, the customer service is phenomenal. We came to an agreement to fix the solution that I am very happy with. I only write this review for two reasons: One, others find out that they are probably not getting the amount of food they are paying for; two, I hope NomNom reads this review and fixes the problems they have in their quality control. If they figure that out, I would rate them a 10 out fo 5 stars!

Everything is great about NomNom, except the price when you have 2 or more dogs. That being said, they love the food and wait for it eagerly at every feeding.

The food is good and my dog has never been more excited for meals, but the unboxing leaves a lot to be desired. Reaching into a good box to cut and peel innumerable plastic wraps and rubber bands is not as fun as seeing my dog wiggle with glee.

I love love love NomNom. The beef mash is my favorite but sometimes I feel there are too many potatoes in a package. More beef. Less potatoes. Please.

It is great food but sometimes the amount of the food in the pouches are different. I have 2 dogs and sometimes I have to take some of the 2nd pouch to make the them even.

Rico likes the food. I wish you had a diet brand...
