You have crossed the line by being unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to give you a call so there would be clear communication but you refused to answer. But all you seem to want to do is keep dipping the hole deeper. Thank you for the lies that were told in the review. I shared with you that our broker division would be bidding on the Holiday Season lanes with FedEx in October. However, we did not win any bids at that time, so you decided to work with BR Williams. I informed you that you would be the only driver working with this company, as the other drivers were not comfortable with their operation or rates. You expressed that this lane would be a great fit for you. I had no relationship with this broker.
I continued communicating with our back office regarding the pay structure because the brokerage company had a very low credit score of 39 out of 100. You also included me on a call with the representative Tre that you would be working with directly. You operated the lane for approximately two weeks before the factoring company advised that we could no longer factor loads with BR Williams. I then informed you right away that we would need to remove you from this lane.
I don't understand the lies. You were paid in full for all completed loads. Norfleet Transportation is still awaiting payment of $8,067 from BR Williams. BUT YOU WERE PAID IN FULL.
At no point did I state that NFT would be holding your check. You informed me that your truck would be down for some time. I explained that if the downtime exceeded two weeks, the tractor would need to be removed from the insurance policy, as we cannot keep inactive equipment on the policy due to the high cost of insurance. I also informed you that the truck would be added back to the policy once you were ready to resume operations. I never stated that you were terminated. You requested your final check, so I provided you with the Cancellation Lease Agreement. This could've been an easy phone call. But you get into your emotions then start to act out.
Then you later asked if you would receive your full check this week. I explained that all drivers are required to be one week in the hole to cover any final expenses. This process has been shared multiple times and is clearly stated in the lease agreement. A driver cannot leave the company with a negative balance and must have a minimum of $1,500 going into the next payroll. The company planned to hold only two loads to cover any final expenses. You were going to receive a paycheck this Friday. We have never missed a week with payroll.
Norfleet Transportation provided you with a company trailer, fuel card, ELD device, benefits, company app, and full operational support. The company has invested thousands of dollars in onboarding and operating you under our authority. It is unacceptable for the negative reviews when NFT has never withheld your funds. You've been paid in full every week through ACH or Zelle. The paycheck being referenced is scheduled for Friday, 1/30/26. The message in question was left on 1/27/26. How can you accuse us of something that never happened? Legal action will be taken. NFT has been a great company for you. The company provided you with everything to be successful. You were making great money and you know the company has proof.
