delighted with the customer service, on another host page I opened a ticket and I have not answered for 5 days, here I sent a message to the chat and in 2 minutes I had already solved the problem very efficient and very stable servers

I was looking for a server to host minecraft on for my friends and Novonode was then mentioned by a friend of mine. I decided to look it over and was told about how the team was amazing and always willing to help set up things. I had made a ticket and was helped immediately by Mitch, he was extremely helpful and patient as I'm not entirely the best with explaining myself. He set me up completely with a modpack server pack, and helped put my mods into the server. I had also asked for a small request to change a config as I had no idea how to do so, set up perfectly and still running just like new to this day! I recommend it to anyone, as this staff goes quite literally up and beyond what any other hosting staff would do to their customers. 10/10 will continue paying for the minecraft server.
