SEA, Thank you for your concern. One of the most important parts of formulating our products is using the best ingredients and avoiding artificial binders and fillers. Since we do this, and our premium ingredients are as natural as possible, you will see differences in color, texture, odor, and other characteristics from lot to lot. We know this means that some customers will have concerns about these differences, but to uphold the best products possible, we want avoid artificial colors and binders that will cover up these differences. The product you have has been tested three times for potency, purity, and safety before being shipped to you. In 25 years, we have never had a batch recall. We are proud of that and sure that this lot stands up to the quality we demand and you deserve.

Jerry, I'm confused by this review. You placed your order on January 13th, and it was shipped same day. There was a delay with USPS because of the Southern California wildfires, which you can see on their website. Your review was placed on 1/17 which is only 4 days after your order. USPS has estimated delivery date of tomorrow, 1/21/2025. We are sorry your delivery was delayed by circumstances outside our control.

Our website offers flexible options, allowing customers to select from 1, 2, or 4 bottles, which typically correspond to 3, 6, or 12 months of supply, depending on the size of the dog. Given that your dog is classified as a British Labrador, the recommended dosage is 1 wafer per day. Since you opted for the 2-bottle special, you should anticipate a supply lasting approximately 6 months. Additionally, when you initially signed up for autoship, you had the option to customize your shipment intervals to best suit your needs. We understand that it can be easy to forget to administer the tablets, which may result in a backlog. For your convenience, you can modify your shipment schedule directly on our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.
