I understand the frustrations of other buyers. I had almost problems with my first installation of the product. I contacted a support that once asked what was happening to me with the product. After searching, I understood that something else was missing. And now I have a quality sound where my friends were amazed at the quality of the sound. I have 1- NDA6004 1200W Peak (600W RMS) N-Series Class-D 4-Channel Amplifier 2-QBUS10P 500W Peak (200W) RMS 10" Ported 1- NVX XLOC66X 6 and what helped much more NVX XCAP10H (TRUE 10 FARAD CAPACITANCE Thank you NVX for the excellent quality product

By far, the worst place to buy from they should no longer be in business I wish I could give them a -5 review because I’ve been dealing with this for over a month and there’s a guy named Thomas and there’s a manager named Christian whatever you do do not buy from them

This company seems like it’s all good. They are not! Their customer service is terrible and they continue to blame fed ex for their mess up. And not addressing the issue and passing the buck and not even trying to fix the problem! I highly recommend using Crutchfield or any other speaker dealers! Buyer beware! NVX sux!

Stay away. Products fall apart. They will not support, give you run around and ask that you pay shipping to fix.
