OEO reached out with energy conserving offers that were too good to pass up and then they followed through with timely communication and delivery of product.

I was made aware of the offer through my local Camber Commerce (Wallowa County, OR) Simple transaction. I filled out an easy non-invasive or cumbersome application. Maybe I called the supplier or they called me and gave a simple Explination. I went around and counted our bulbs and sent the number and the packages arrived. An Email with a Utube video on how to install was included and it was a really good video.
