It's great to have a real cash offer that isn't going to change after signing the contract. I love that there is a real human being who is available to answer my questions or help solve problems.

This was by far the smoothest move/sale I have ever had. From the very first call and having Collin assist me through the first steps to Antonio helping me with the remaining process I couldn’t have been more happy. Thank you Antonio for always being so quick to reply and answer all my questions. Your hard work and customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. I am extremely appreciative of you! Also, Kristy with the title company was great as well. If I ever move again, I would use Offerpad and would recommend them to anyone! Smooth, easy process and they gave me a very great offer on my house!

Dealing with their John Warinner was so easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were on the same page from the get-go. I would recommend Offerpad, and especially Mr. Warinner to anyone looking to sell their house for a fair price without any hassle.

Sonja Haltiwanger is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market and is a very experiance negotiator who works hard for her clients. She also knows what sells by using her very sharp eye for what buyers expect. I will use her again and again.

If you need a quick sale from a trusted iBuyer, choose Offerpad! We did, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Our proceeds were wired directly to the title company for our new home, making the transition seamless. From accepting the offer, coordinating our PackRat POD, and communicating with Antonio, our Offerpad account representative, to moving into our new home and completing the final walkthrough requirements, everything was straightforward and easy. We simply cleaned the home, submitted photos and videos showing it was empty and move-in ready, and the rest was handled quickly and professionally. The convenience, communication, and fast closing were truly priceless. We highly recommend Offerpad to anyone looking for a hassle-free home-selling experience!
