Purchasing
They had some tools listed at lower prices than other retailers and said they were in stock on their website. After we ordered we just kept getting notices that it was backordered further and further while asking if we would like to cancel over and over again. Finally, we did cancel because we weren't getting anything and could have gotten it much faster from any other hardware retailer.

Ordered some drivers I can only find on this site. I missed one in the set and realized it after I made the purchase. I was going to have to make another purchase but when the package came I was pleased to find that they had included it with my shipment. A company that pays attention and knows what they are selling. Will order from again. Thanks!
