A complete waste of time and money! It did nothing for me. The test was a joke, and forget trying to cancel before your product even ships out, as they’ll still send it to you. I’m using Seed and I’m seeing immediate results.

Unfortunately, something happened where they lost my kit and never processed it, even though I have activated it. After weeks of silence, I reached out and they told me that I don't have kit registered. They needed my activation code, but I didn't have it anymore. Sad...

Nothing personal about the agent who helped me—I’m sure they did all they were able to do. My issue is (presumably) the policy on test kits /Ombre/ lost. Here’s the rundown: I order the kit with real human money, I do my little test (not particularly fun what with the poop and all, but that is a-okay and expected), I activated my kit, I sent in the kit. I waited. For months. I would’ve followed up earlier but I am stupid. Six months later and I don’t have my results, so I ask for help. I sent info showing my email receipt as well as the charge to my paypal but as I was unable to find my kit ID (honestly, that’s entirely on me, but still) the best I am offered is a coupon code to buy a new replacement kit for only 25 bucks. Apparently, my account didn’t show that I activated a kit despite having done so. Uh. Surely we can see the problem there. Did I do everything 100% correct? No. But tele issue remains that my kit, my kit purchased with real human money, was lost by Ombre (or someone) and the best I am offered is the opportunity to spend MORE real human money that I earned with my labor to rectify a mistake I didn’t make. Not cool, man. I had to play with my poop for nothing. I heard of other reviewers having this issue but thought I’d be fine. Nope! You might go through this process sans issue (save your kit ID in five different places, or perhaps it’ll magically not work. Who knows?) but there’s a hefty chance you won’t. Don’t even bother unless you like to get angry for fun.

Ombre seemed like a great choice for gut microbiome. The kit took forever to get to me, and then got lost in transit on the way to their lab. I don't suggest this company, there is no phone number and they sent me Mutiple responses on their website without resolution. Big waste of time.

Terrible customer service

They lost my sample twice and I cant get a refund

Honestly, a really underwhelming experience! The logistics were good. But the results are really not explained well and are at times contradictory! Especially the results in the Basic version and Premium version just don't add up. Also the suggestion of probiotics doesn't make any sense. It didn't contain any of the bacteria I'm deficient in, but instead those were I'm anyways in a healthy range. I would expect a customized mix based on my results, but you just suggest one of the 5 pre mixes you have. Really disappointed in this service!

I have done the test more than 8 months ago and still did not get my probiotics. The customer service is very poor and thryve where I ordered is now ombré. I have not gotten my 3 months supply although I already had paid delivery charge extra which was also not clear. They keep sending me codes on their app which does not work and forces me to pay again! I have spent so much time with them that it actually cost me thousands of dollars and probably my probiotics are now not accurate anymore as we all know that the gut changes. Very upset with them.
