They are very responsive
They are very responsive. I needed a new laser tube and they immediately sent one—it’s the best warranty service I’ve had on any product in a long time. In a day of internet shopping, companies like OMTech make it pleasant.

Excellent experience
The machine arrived in excellent condition. OMTECH shipped all items quickly. There was a delay in receiving the laser, but that was on the freight company not OMTech. Thanks for the great service!
