I was attracted to the low price offered by OnFlooring. I did not expect the level of service I received. It was easy to order online and the laminate flooring I ordered arrived in less than a week. The freight carrier was courteous and very helpful by placing the pallets in my garage rather than leaving them at the curb. I needed to call customer service and spoke with someone who was friendly and was able to answer my questions. I highly recommend OnFlooring!

This was the only place I could find the transitions for Karndean flooring, so glad I came across them. Pricing was reasonable and arrived when they said it would.

Amazing product, best price I could find!! It was delayed by 2 weeks, but that wasn’t onflooring’s fault, it just sat on a Mohawk truck for two weeks and didn’t move. But OnFlooring customer service was excellent and kept me updated while doing their best to get the problem resolved.

I worked with Marc and he was very helpful. I would say customer service is top notch. Would call first to get all options. Thanks again.
