Three years ago, I physically lost my ability to drive, limiting my mobility….so I experimented with a few online meditation portals… OME was the portal that I gravitated too…. first, I attended free classes offered via AARP…… I discovered enough value here to become a monthly paying member….my membership offered small group live sessions, a one-on-one experienced private guide and a community of giving fellow meditators… who I am proud to call friends as we journey through the meditation terrain together…. in addition, I took a daily journaling class which opened a new avenue…. this exercise has me setting a daily gratitude intention bringing me great joy.... So if you are looking to join an academy of happiness…. I strongly recommend giving a few of the free classes a whirl…..Namaste may you find the happiness I have discovered from the comfort of my home via this zoom community.

I have been joining this organizations online sessions for a while now. The meditation sessions help me so much let go of my anxieties and afterwards I feel a lot lighter and ready to accomplish more. It’s really a positive community. I’m looking forward to starting the membership program soon.

Very helpful staff. They seem to go out of their way to help out. Went to a couple of their retreats, and feel like they do play a lot and have fun. The meditation was good and felt like it centered me. Seems could be better than mindfulness. Gonna give it a try, and would recommend them to a friend
