Great customer service. In our experience as a digital agency, tech and customer support for most digital products is spotty at best. This is not the case with OpusClip - they are solid. Really impressed with OpusClip software and support. Will definitely recommend to others.

I love this app , being old n retired, I enjoy bringing my old song's and memories back to enjoy The only problem I have had is I needed to learn to prompt more efficient and specific The response I've gotten from showing friends in amazing!!!

Am folosit în ultima perioadă platforma Opus Clip / Opus Agent (Opus.pro) pentru a crea animații și conținut video și vreau să împărtășesc o experiență reală. La un moment dat, am întâmpinat o problemă destul de serioasă: unele proiecte s-au blocat, iar unul dintre ele a eșuat complet. În plus, un proiect pe care l-am șters ulterior părea să fie pierdut definitiv. După ce situația s-a repetat, am contactat serviciul de suport direct din platformă. Inițial, a fost nevoie de câteva schimburi de mesaje pentru clarificare, unde am oferit toate detaliile necesare. Ulterior, experiența a devenit una foarte pozitivă. Echipa de suport, în special Ollie și Edward, a preluat cazul și a venit cu soluții concrete. Problema a fost rezolvată, iar creditele consumate pentru proiectele eșuate mi-au fost returnate. 💡 Recomandare pentru utilizatori: Dacă aveți proiecte eșuate, nu le ștergeți imediat. Păstrați-le și oferiți cât mai multe detalii echipei de suport — acest lucru ajută mult la rezolvarea rapidă a situației. Per total, chiar dacă pot apărea probleme tehnice, suportul oferit este prompt, profesionist și orientat spre soluții. ✅ Recomand platforma pentru seriozitatea și implicarea echipei de suport.
