Experience with the OPUS Team has been great!! There was a problem with a scheduling feature and their team reached out right away. After a few screen shots not just on message help, email chains began and a very quick response and solution was handled. Problem fixed, I am happy and no frustrated clients on end. Always a win win for both sides.

My work (editing videos) was suddenly blocked and I could not get into the site. I was able to contact Customer Support and they were awesome. Ollie was super quick, helpful, and patient. The support is very responsive and helpful, especially around the holidays. I was not able to post my clips but the support representative let me know the issue and fixed it. I haven’t run into it since! I’m confident if something else happens they will be able to fix it.
